How to Cancel Order

Customers can cancel the order anytime before shipping, but please contact us first via email sales3@nature-trend.com Our customer service team will help you cancel the order and process refunding to you, please note the refund will need to take 1-3 business days back to your account via paypal.


However, once the parcel has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Return policy comes into effect. Please understand that we will not be able to call it back as it is international shipping and we have already paid for shipping fee once it is sent.

How To Exchange and Returns

You must first contact us and get our written approval before sending any item back. Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
The returns from our customers are acceptable within 15 days after you get the package. when we confirm the arrival of the package you returned, we 'll refund you the payment.
The refund request from our customers is acceptable if customer service confirms Our Company send you the wrong item. After we making sure that we sent you the wrong item, we will refund you the amount except shipping fee to your account which you can use for a new order or inform our financial staff refund back to your PayPal account or others if you like. Normally we will send it to your original account. Return label is not offered.
Items that can be returned or refunded of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

  1. Please make sure the products are unused and will not affect the secondary sales.
  2. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
  3. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
  4. Because that we charged the shipping fee in behave of the shipping company, we will only refund you the good price which is responsibility.


Full Refunds
We offer a full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.  Kindly reminder we do not return the shipping fees of other orders. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer's own fault cannot apply for a refund.

Partial Refunds
We also offer a partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get a partial refund.

The return shipping cost is covered by us if it has been proven to be provided in error by our company, including wrong items sent by us, and other reasons which accepted by our customer services team. But the defective product is not recycled by us, so we recommend you not to return it. Once we receive the items, we will resend a replacement or offer compensation to you.
If you ordered an incorrect size or color product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.You are responsible for the shipping fee, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of free post, the customer will be informed of the return shipment cost (estimates may be given based on our own costs in shipping to customers).

Damages and Issues

On the rare occasion that your package arrives with signs of loss or damage, we strongly recommend you reject it or take a picture and call the US post office immediately. WARNING: If the damaged/broken parcel is signed, the Buyer shall bear the loss.

Order arrives with any issues, please follow steps below so we can better provide our service: 1) Please kindly weigh them first 2) Take videos/pictures 3) Contact the customer service immediately with the weight&picture/video. 4) We will not be responsible for the parcel if was stolen at USA local area once USPS delivered to buyer!
